Your Privacy Rights Under California and Applicable Law
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. CEO CoPilot extends these rights to all visitors and users as a matter of policy, regardless of state of residence.
You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
Right to Opt Out
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Know
Request details about what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used.
Right to Delete
Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to Correct
Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Portability
Request a copy of personal information you have provided to us in a portable format.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you in any way for exercising any of these rights.
What Personal Information May Be Shared and With Whom
CEO CoPilot does not sell personal information. The following describes the limited circumstances in which personal information may be shared with third parties in ways that may qualify as "sharing" under applicable privacy law:
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram Advertising)
CEO CoPilot uses the Meta Pixel on its marketing landing pages. When you visit those pages, the Pixel may transmit the following to Meta Platforms, Inc.:
- The URL of the page you visited
- Your IP address (used by Meta for approximate geographic location)
- Browser type and device information
- A cookie identifier that may link your visit to your Facebook or Instagram account
- Standard behavioral events — PageView and Lead (if you click a booking link)
This data is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, to retarget visitors with relevant CEO CoPilot advertisements, and to help Meta's algorithm identify similar audiences. CEO CoPilot does not transmit financial account data, health data, or sensitive personal information via the Pixel.
Analytics Providers
CEO CoPilot uses analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our pages. These tools may receive IP address, browser type, session behavior, and aggregate usage data. Analytics data is processed in aggregate and is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising independently.
Calendly
When you book a diagnostic session via our Calendly scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email, and booking information. This is not a sale or sharing for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on Calendly's data practices.
Submit a Do Not Sell / Share Request
Use the form below to submit an opt-out request or to exercise any other privacy right described on this page. We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm by email. For deletion or data access requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing.
Other Ways to Opt Out of Sharing
In addition to submitting the form above, you can limit or stop the sharing of your information through the following methods:
Meta Pixel — Facebook and Instagram Ad Preferences
Adjust how Meta uses your data for advertising directly in your Facebook or Instagram account settings:
- Ad Preferences: facebook.com/settings?tab=ads
- Facebook Opt-Out Add-On: facebook.com/help/568137493302217
Browser-Level Cookie Controls
Blocking third-party cookies in your browser prevents the Meta Pixel cookie from being set, which stops the behavioral data transmission at its source. Most modern browsers support this in their privacy settings. Note that blocking cookies may affect how some features of our pages function.
Industry Opt-Out Tools
- Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
- Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser or browser extension broadcasts a Global Privacy Control signal, CEO CoPilot will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information, consistent with applicable California law. GPC-compatible browsers and extensions include Brave, Firefox with the appropriate settings, and the Privacy Badger extension.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we will verify your identity before processing requests to know, delete, or correct personal information. Verification is typically done by confirming the email address associated with your request matches records we hold. We will not require you to create an account solely to submit a privacy rights request.
Timeline
| Acknowledgement | Within 5 business days of receipt |
| Standard completion | Within 15 business days of receipt |

Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authorization from the data subject, and we reserve the right to verify the data subject's identity directly before processing.
No Discrimination
CEO CoPilot will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. Exercising your rights will not affect your ability to use our platform, change the pricing or quality of services offered to you, or result in any other adverse treatment.
